My professional journey started in public service: from 2004, I worked in federal authorities, establishing collaboration with the State Duma of Russia. This gave me my important skill: to see the big picture and to speak the language of government. Business followed. For almost two decades, I have been developing and protecting companies from the inside. I have worked in international companies where every decision requires precision, strategy, and involves significant responsibility. At IKEA, Gazit Globe, JCity, Atrium, I evolved from a management role to an architect of crisis management solutions and large-scale transformations.
At IKEA, I was part of a core working group that fully restructured the company’s internal management system in Russia between 2013 and 2017. This was more than mere optimization, it was a transformation of mindset across organizational structures, procurement, processes, interactions with regions and government authorities. We made company risk-tolerant against the background of legal and economic challenges.

Over the years, I have not just acquired skills, I’ve learned to act.

Natalia Dorofeeva is a senior-level expert specializing in legal support of business, strategic consulting, and corporate management. Throughout her career, she has executed hundreds of large-scale projects worth more than €500 million in total, assisting companies in establishing efficient legal frameworks, cutting costs, and expanding into new markets while fully complying with regulatory requirements.

Her core competencies include support of real estate transactions, construction projects, design of contractual systems, legal risk management, and implementation of personal data protection programs (including within the framework of GDPR). Natalia has extensive practical experience working with both multinational corporations and fast-growing startups valued at over €1 billion.
Natalia’s professional background also includes involvement in international projects across European jurisdictions, including support of cross-border transactions, management of intellectual property rights, implementation of international compliance standards, and deployment of digital solutions for contract management.
